How We Got Started
In April 2016 CYCLEme Fitness will launch to provide a low impact, fun and beneficial training scheme.
By using ElliptiGO Bikes and Wattbikes we can tailor sessions indoors and outdoors for all age ranges

What type of fitness classes do CYCLEme run?
We run various cardiovascular training classes on Elliptical and Indoor Wattbikes. These will vary on the time of year and ability of the individual rider groups.
What is an Elliptical bike?
We use Elliptigo bikes which are very low impact 'running bikes' allowing an upright position whilst moving. This puts very minimal stress on the Joints and back allowing more participants to take part in the sessions.
What do I need?
Nothing! You can book out classes and just turn up in suitable fitness clothing to take part in our sessions. We do provide helmets but you are free to bring your own along.
I am a beginner will I be left behind?
No Way! We run an intro session for all participants to familiarize them with the bikes before every session and we always stay as a group. We also run beginner group up to competitive teams so there is a class for everyone!
How can I track my progress?
We use state of the art Garmin GPS equipment combined with Strava technology to record each session and can input this data into a format which you can understand and track your progress along the weeks. This includes Heart Rate monitoring, gradient climbed, average speeds, segment personal bests and much more.
How much is a session?
Individual sessions are booked at a cost of £9.50 which includes bike use, helmet hire, session data email. All sessions and equipment are fully insured.
Booking multiple sessions can bring the cost of each class down to £8.75.
